All these appeals have been filed by the claimants for enhancement in the compensation. Learned Advocate Mr. D. M. Kakade for appellants - claimants is present. Learned AGP Mr. A. M. Phule for respondent - State is present and learned Advocates for respective respondents - acquiring body, are also present. Ms. S. B. Korke, Executive Engineer, Jalna Irrigation Division, Jalna, is present. The respondent - acquiring body and the appellants have arrived at a compromise. The terms of compromise are marked as Exhibit-A. The parties have agreed in respect of statutory benefits as well as interest also. 2.

Under such circumstance, the First Appeals stand disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit-A.

The Award be drawn up in terms of compromise Exhibit-A. 4.

After the amount is deposited either with this Court or reference Court as per the compromise, the concerned appellants/ original claimant/claimants are allowed to withdraw the said amount.

In view of the compromise, Court fees be refunded as per rules. 6.
