In all these matters, the petitioners are identically placed. They have put forth prayer Clause 'A' as under :- (A) By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction in the like nature, the Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad, Dist.Nanded, may kindly be directed to issue Corrected Tribe Certificate belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe in favour of the petitioner.

The learned AGP submits that these petitioners have directly approached this Court without making an online application for
WP 8540-2022 +5 issuance of corrected certificates. The petitioners will have to surrender the defective certificates, and 15 days thereafter, the competent authority, subject to scrutiny as regards the authenticity / origin of the defective certificates, will issue a corrected certificated, in the event there is no legal impediment. 3.
The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that offline applications were made. The petitioners would make online applications and surrender their defective certificates, on or before 30/08/2022.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. 5.
Subject to the scrutiny of the defective certificates as regards their authenticity/ origin, the respondent competent authority would issue the corrected certificates to the petitioners, in the event of there being no legal impediment, on or before 15/09/2022.
