Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 15/02/2022 by condoning the delay of 164 days. Under the aforesaid order the registration of frst appeal of the applicant alongwith civil application for condonation of delay was refused due to non-removal of offce objections. However, the applicants are ready to remove all the offce objections. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause - B and C subject to removal of all the offce objections within a period of three weeks.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
