This application is filed seeking condonation of delay caused in filing application seeking leave to file appeal against acquittal. 02.
Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the delay is not intentional and deliberate but is for bona fide reason. He has good case on merit as he is seeking leave to file appeal against acquittal in the proceeding under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 03.
Learned Advocate for the respondent vehemently opposed the application saying that no sufficient reason is shown to condone the delay and prays for rejection of the application.

After hearing the parties, this Court finds that sufficient reason is mentioned in the application and in view of the same delay is condoned.
