Present application is for condonation of delay of 222 days.

Learned counsel for respondents opposes the application pointing out that initially the self same impugned order was challenged by preferring writ petition and when objection was taken then present revision application is filed. There is no cogent explanation for the condonation of delay. 4.

The delay is of 222 days. For the reasons stated in the application, I find it fit to condone the same. However, I

969-CA.7678-25.odt propose to fix this matter for final disposal as the proceedings of civil suit have been stayed.

Civil application is allowed by condoning the delay. 6.

Office shall register revision application.

It is pointed out by learned counsel Mr. Gangakhedkar for respondents/original plaintiffs that due to ad-interim relief, his suit is stayed and applicant is causing prejudice to the subject matter.
