PER COURT :- It is not a matter of dispute that, the claim forwarded by the petitioner, for verification is his tribe certificate, is pending consideration with respondent No.2 committee. Petitioner is appointed as a Teacher with respondent No.3 school and is threatened with an action of termination of his services, on account of his failure to submit validation certificate. This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.2 committee to take decision on the pending proposal, in respect of validation of the caste certificate, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed. In the mean while, respondent No.3 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner, on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate.

Petitioner shall cooperate with the scrutiny committee in disposal of the matter. The petitioner shall cause his appearance before the scrutiny committee on 5.10.2015 and as such no separate notice requiring his presence before the committee is necessary. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ( R. M. BORDE, J. ) ...
