The Petitioners claim be sufferers of the fly ash menace in view of the Thermal Power Station at Parli. For the last 10 years they have been suffering. The recent representation placed before the District Collector, Beed is dated 28.06.2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Collector, Beed to consider the representations of the Petitioners by following the due procedure laid down in law and by granting opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders. The problems faced by the Petitioners and similarly situated persons, should be resolved within a period of 60 days from today.
