2] Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.4 and 5 submits across the bar a communication dated 16th September, 2015 between the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune-1 and the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, along with the general merit list of the candidates. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

2 30-wp8350-15.odt 3] Upon careful perusal of the afore stated interse communication between the two authorities, it appears that the name of the petitioner has been recommended for appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak on the establishment of Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon in response to the application filed by the petitioner on 9th February, 2015 to the respondent - authorities.

4] We hope and expect that in the light of the contents of the afore stated interse communication between the two authorities referred herein above, the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon will take appropriate steps for appointment of the petitioner expeditiously.

5] With the above observations, the petitions stands disposed of.
