It appears that the earlier bail application of the applicant bearing Bail Application No. 559 of 2020 came to be rejected by this Court on merits by order dated 14.08.2020. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has again preferred to argue on merits. There is no change in circumstance as such. In view of the same, there is no reason to consider this application again on merits. vre/-

Learned counsel for the applicant, though argued the application vehemently on merits, however, in view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.
