The present applicant is facing trial for offences punishable under sections 306, 498-A and 506 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pursuant to C.R. No.45 of 2015, registered on 26th June, 2015 at AundhaNagnath Police Station, Tq. Aundha-Nagnath, Dist. Hingoli. 2.
The father-in-law of the present applicant Bhanudas made a complaint that present applicant was demanding money for purchase of plot and was illtreating his daughter Sunita and as such, she has committed suicide by burning herself.

It is not in dispute that the applicant, out of wedlock with Sunita, is blessed with two children, namely Samarth; aged 4 years, and Parth; aged
(2) criap4257.15 2 years, who is presently in the custody of parents of the applicant. 4.
It is not in dispute that the investigation in the present matter is already complete and this Court has released the other accused persons on pre-arrest bail by an order dated 3rd August, 2015, passed in Criminal Application No.7390 of 2015.

Looking to the nature of allegations made against the present applicant of instigating Sunita to commit suicide and the evidence available on record and having regard to the fact that the investigation is already complete, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order release of the applicant on bail. Thus, I pass following order :- Criminal Application stands allowed.
The applicant Manohar s/o Datta Kolnure, be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.45 of 2015, registered on 26th June, 2015 at Aundha-Nagnath Police Station, Tq. Aundha-Nagnath, Dist. Hingoli, for offences punishable under sections 306, 498-A and 506 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety for the like amount.
