The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner would approach the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

In case, the petitioner approaches the Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority shall decide the matter with regard to the release of the vehicle and consider the other aspects preferably within fifteen (15) days from the date of the filling of the Appeal.
