Heard both sides. Perused the order dated 13.11.2020 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1372/2020. The applicant was granted temporary bail for a period between 14.11.2020 and 5.12.2020 in order to appear the LL.B. examination; and he was permitted to surrender the jail on 6th December, 2020 without fail.

It is now stated that in view of the pandemic situation, the LL.B Examination programme has been changed and as the applicant has to appear for 1st year LL.B. Examination, and now the examination programme for paper Intellectual Property Law is re-scheduled on 7th December, 2020 between 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm he prays for extension in temporary bail.

Learned APP submits that in order to facilitate the applicant, one day's concession can be considered, however, the applicant should surrender to jail on 8th December, 2020 without fail.

Taking into consideration the purpose for which the temporary bail was granted to the applicant and in view of re-schedule of the LL.B. examination paper, as aforesaid, concession can be extended to the applicant since the last paper is scheduled on 7th December, 2020 between 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.. Therefore, time to surrender the jail by the applicant is extended till 8th December, 2020 till 12.00 pm. The Criminal Application stands disposed of.
