The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai vide judgment and order dated 17/07/2015 passed in Sessions Case No. 36 of 2011, for the offences punishable under section 307, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 2 years and six months and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 3 months for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code,

2 Cr. Appln. 4258/2015 to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 1 year and to pay fine of Rs.2000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 1 month for the offence punishable under section 452 of the Indian Penal Code, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that fine amount is already deposited.

Considering the short term sentences awarded to the present applicant/appellant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. The applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) and also upon furnishing two sureties in the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each.

Application accordingly stands disposed of.
