Considering the order dated 05/03/2015 passed by this Court in CA No.1732/2015, the respondents have been permitted to withdraw Rs.2,75,00,000/- on furnishing an undertaking and further Rs.2,75,00,000/- on tendering a solvent security in the like amount or a bank guarantee of a Nationalized Bank. The remaining amount deposited has been invested in fixed deposit receipts with a Nationalized Bank.

Considering the above, the civil application praying for staying the impugned award, is allowed.

By consent of the parties, list FA No.1750/2014 for final hearing on 18/01/2018.
