Learned counsel submits that there is spell mistake in the spelling of the tribe in the caste certificate issued.

The proceedings are pending with the Committee. The Committee shall give the attested copy of the caste certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner shall submit the attested copy to the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer. The Sub-Divisional Officer, on receipt of attested copy from the petitioner, shall give him the corrected tribe certificate with the corrected spelling of Mannervarlu

wp9161.18 caste within a period of two months from the date of receipt of attested copy. The petitioner shall submit the corrected tribe certificate to the Committee. The Committee thereupon shall decide the proceedings on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of caste certificate.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
