These Civil Applications are filed for withdrawal of amounts deposited by respondent No.1. Learned Counsel for the respondents object for withdrawal of amounts. 2.

However, as the matters pertain to land reference, it is desirable to allow withdrawal of certain amount. Hence the order. 3.

Civil Applications are allowed.

The respective applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited compensation amounts, subject to filing of their separate written undertakings within four weeks from today, for depositing the said amounts in the Court if directed by this Court.

The respective applicants are also permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of the remaining deposited compensation amount subject to furnishing solvent sureties in the like amounts, within four weeks from today.
