The petitioner challenges the bill dated 02.01.2020 issued under Section 128 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations, 1949 (for short 'the Act'). Considering the nature of the bill, the petitioner has an alternate and equally efficacious remedy to challenge the same by filing an appeal under the Act.

In that view that, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said bill by filing an appeal before the appropriate authority.
