This is an application for restoration of the first appeal which was dismissed by the Registrar vide order dated 10.1.2023. 2.

The learned counsel submits that inadvertently she did not mark the matter and she did not notice the matter and could not remove the office objection.

In view of the above,, the order passed by the Registrar dated 10.1.2023 is quashed to the extent of the present appellant. The appeal is restored to original file. The appellant to remove the office objection within two weeks from today.
