The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is working in tribal area as Pharmacy Officer, Primary Health Care Committee for more than eight years. The petitioner has made an application for transfer as per the scheme under the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014. The said representation is not attended to. From time to time representations are given.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent No. 1. Mr. Patil, the learned advocate waives notice for the respondent No. 2 and submits that, the respondent No. 2 would take decision upon representation (page No. 47) of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.

In view of the said statement made, the writ petition is disposed of. Naturally, the respondent No. 2 would consider relevant Government Resolution and the right of the petitioner to seek transfer. No costs.
