After arguing for some time, when this Court made it clear that the present petition, praying for regularization of service of the petitioner, is not maintainable in the light of judgment of the learned Single Bench of this Court delivered on 19.03.2025 in Writ Petition No.10338 of 2012, which is confirmed by Supreme Court by dismissing the Special Leave Petition filed by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 2.

He submits that this court has granted limited relief to certain similarly situated persons i.e. drivers to the effect that they would be entitled for salary in the minimum pay scale given to the employees holding regular posts and they would not be replaced by ad-hoc employees. He submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings for claiming such limited relief.
