Present appeals have been filed by the Insurance Company. Mr. M. R.

928, 930 and 936 Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the appellant - Insurance Company to whom the authority has been given by the Insurance Company, is present. He has tendered authority letter issued by the appellant - Insurance Company, which is taken on record. Mr. Suresh Vikram Nade, Authorised Signatory, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, is present. So also learned Advocates for respective respondents are present. Learned Advocate for the appellant Mr. M. R. Deshmukh has filed withdrawal pursis of the appeals and also the instructions which he has received from the appellant - Insurance Company. The pursis are marked as Exhibit-A.

In view of the fact that compromise has arrived at with the respondents and amount is deposited with the Tribunal, the appellant - Insurance Company is seeking withdrawal of the appeals. 3.

Under such circumstance, the First Appeals, therefore, stand disposed of as withdrawn.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.
