The party-in-person, petitioner, is heard for some time. Officers of the Education Department are present as per the order made by this Court on 18 January 2017. This Court has seen the order made by this Court on 11-2-2015 in Writ Petition No.10631/2014. The learned Assistant Government Pleader drew attention of this Court to the approval letter issued by the Education Officer dated 15-1-2015.

2 CP 641 of 2016 2) It appears that after giving of the approval by the Education Department one criminal case was filed against the petitioner and then, according to him, he came to be terminated from service. Submissions made by him show that he has challenged the order of termination by filing proceeding before the School Tribunal and the proceeding is still pending. In view of these circumstances and the nature of the reliefs claimed in the present proceeding, this Court holds that this Court cannot consider the previous order and the reliefs claimed in the present proceeding cannot be considered at this stage. It is advisable for the petitioner to take first decision of the Tribunal in the proceeding filed to challenge the termination. With these observations the petition is disposed of. The officers are discharged.
