1) The application is filed under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation At 1996. Both the sides are present. They do not dispute that there is arbitration clause in the agreement entered by them. In view of the submissions made by them, this Court had directed the Registrar (Judicial) to collect names of retired District Judges from the districts which are attached to this Bench. Accordingly the list is collected and it is produced.

2 AA 8 of 2014 2) The adjudication will be done at Jalgaon and for the convenience of all, Smt. Suman Pralhad Mahajan is hereby appointed as Arbitrator. Copy of the order is to be sent to the Arbitrator. The parties are to appear before the Arbitrator on 24th October 2016. The application stands disposed of.
