The learned counsel for Applicants submits that by way of office objections, the office is insisting the typed copy of 7/12 extract, Khasra Patrak and Pahani Patrak. The learned counsel submits that it was not possible to prepare typed copy of old documents. The learned counsel submits that the Petitioner undertakes to produce certified copies as and when required by the Court.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, the objections raised by the office stand waived. Civil application is allowed and the Registrar's order is set aside and the writ petition is hereby restored to its original stage. Civil application is accordingly disposed of. [ V. K. JADHAV, J. ] ndm
