Since, the applicant failed to furnish on record the copies of the memo of appeal within time, the first appeal filed by the appellant has been dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the applicant will furnish in the registry, the requisite number of copies of memo of appeal/application with the documents annexed thereto within two weeks from today.
