1] Mr. Salgare, learned counsel submits that succession has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner in respect of the Inam Land by the Atiyat Court. However, no further steps are taken for measuring the property and for hand over possession of the said Inam land. 2] The petitioner from the year 2009 is persistently making representation to the authority. However, no cognizance is being taken. 3] Mr. Karlekar, learned AGP submits that if the representation is pending with the authority then the authority would take decision on the same, in accordance with law.
4] In the light of above, in case representation filed by the petitioner (page 43 ) is pending with the authority, the authority shall take decision on the same, in accordance with law, as per the procedure,
