This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 2,64,728/- out of an amount of Rs. 1 Crore deposited by the respondent-Bank pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 03.08.2021. Though the remaining dues are to be paid in two monthly installments and the amounts are payable to 25 employees, it is as per the calculations made by the respondent-Bank itself according to the statement at page No. 9 of this Civil Application that the applicant is entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 2,64,728/- albeit his claim is for some more amount. 2.

The learned advocate for the respondent-Bank seeks time of two weeks to file a reply.

Considering the nature of the dispute, when it is according to the respondent-Bank's own showing that the amount being claimed by the 1/2

The Application is allowed as prayed for subject to usual undertaking to be furnished before the Registrar (Judicial). 5.
