Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount as per the directions of this Court dated 07.11.2014 is already deposited. In the circumstances, interim stay to the execution of the impugned award is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Accordingly civil application No. 10488/2014 stands disposed of.

As far as civil application No. 10487/2014, heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned

ca10487-14 counsel for respondents No. 3 and 4. None appears for respondent No. 1 and 2 though duly served.

By this application, delay of 60 days caused in filing the first appeal is sought to be condoned on the ground that certain time was taken for sending the opinion from the legal consultant and for collection of the documents. The delay is properly explained. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The application for condonation of delay is accordingly allowed without any order as to costs and disposed of.
