[2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, present Petition was filed since the Petitioner was aggrieved by rejection of his Nomination Paper in respect of Gram-Panchayat election in the year 2007. He submitted that by efflux of time, present Writ Petition has rendered infructuous. Submission is accepted. Present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Rule is discharged.
