The learned counsel appearing for the respective parties admit that during the pendency of the petition the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune. The Director of Education undertook the exercise of hearing of the parties in the appeal. The learned AGP, Mrs. Deshpande today placed on record the orders passed by the Director of Education in the appeal. These copies are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification. The perusal of the orders show that the Director of Education referred to the factual aspects and the submissions as well the record submitted by the Head Master. On consideration of this material, the Director of Education found that the appointment of these petitioners was by following due procedure and the appeal was allowed by grant of approval to these petitioners.
