This application was heard on 5th October 2021. Court was not inclined to grant relief. Learned Counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 9th September 2021, the same may be continued till 12th October 2021 and the applicant would surrender before the Investigating Officer on 13th October 2021 at 11.00 a.m. 2.

In view of the submission, the protection is continued till 12th October 2021. The applicant is permitted to surrender before the Investigating Officer on 13th October 2021 at 11.00 a.m. 3.
