It is submitted that the evidence of two witnesses has already been recorded. However, the opinion/report of the handwriting expert has not yet

Considering the nature of the trial and the fact that the applicant has been in custody for about one year, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today. 5.
The handwriting expert is directed to submit the report. The Investigating Officer or the officer in charge of the concerned police station shall collect the said report from the handwriting expert within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, upon production of a copy of this order before the expert.

The handwriting expert is further directed to provide the report to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall ensure that a copy of this order is communicated to the handwriting expert in advance and shall take all necessary steps to collect the report accordingly. 7.
