The petitioner is challenging the common order in his matter and that of his daughter Snehal Gangadhar Kaudewar. Respondent No.2/Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad refused to validate their 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate by the judgment and order dated 04/07/2019. 2.

We have heard both the sides finally.

Selfsame common order has been quashed and set aside to the extent of Snehal on her challenge in Writ Petition No.9059/2019 by the order dated 20/08/2019.

For the selfsame reasons, the writ petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner in the prescribed format, which shall be co-terminus with validity which the committee has decided to reopen.

The petitioner shall not claim any equities.
