It is a case of 2018. The stage is examination of defence witness. Our attention is drawn to the order dated 22/7/2022, passed by the Sessions Judge, Nanded, allowing the accused in the said case to examine witness in his defence. The direction was to examine the said witness during not more than two sittings. It is informed that, the said witness has not yet been examined. It is also informed that the said witness is reluctant to appear before the Court and given the evidence. Be that as it may. 2.

The trial Court is directed to take the case to the logical

conclusion at the earliest, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, provided the accused is given full opportunity to defend himself.
