For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C', which reads thus : 'B' - Delay of 288 days in bringing legal representatives of deceased Respondent No. 2 Kalinda w/o Dattatraya Chavan may kindly be condoned.

'C' - Be pleased to permit the legal representative of the deceased respondent no. 2 i.e. 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D and 2-E to be brought on record as mentioned in para No. 4 of this application. 3.

Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. 4.
