The applicant was respondent No.4 in original writ petition No.8966 of 2022. It was disposed of by this Court on 21.10.2024. The amount of Rs.10,00,000/- was deposited at the time of granting stay. Hence, present applicant seeks leave

Learned counsel for the respondent/The Education Officer (Secondary) submitted the chart with calculation. It is taken on record. Out of Rs.15,34,199/-, the Management has to pay Rs.5,34,199/- directly to the petitioner. In view thereof, the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- lying with this Court can be released to the applicant with interest if any if the amount is deposited in fixed deposit.

Civil Application No.12924 of 2024 is allowed. 5.
