This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 796 days caused in filing the appeal.

The State has objected for condonation of delay. 3.

The applicants' learned counsel has pointed out that in another matter arising out of the same project this Court has condoned delay in C.A. No.3902 of 2020, vide order dated 14.02.2022.

It is contended that the applicants have not received amount of compensation, as well as due to financial constrains they were unable to file appeal within the stipulated period.

Having regard to the aforesaid reasons, delay stands condoned. However, the applicants are not entitled for the interest and any other statutory benefits for the delayed period. 6.

Application is disposed of.
