The Applicants are aggrieved by the judgment dated 05.05.2000 delivered by the Trial Court in the eviction suit bearing RCS No.265/1994 and also by the judgment dated 03.05.2013 delivered by the Appellate Court by which, Regular Civil Appeal No.135/2000 filed by these Applicants, has been dismissed.

I have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides and with their assistance, I have gone through the impugned concurrent judgments of the Courts below. In addition to the said concurrent view, it is informed that the judgment of the Trial Court dated 05.05.2000 and the judgment of the Appellate Court dated 03.05.2013 have been implemented and the

*2* 3cra129o18 landlord has acquired the physical possession of the rented property on 12.07.2018.

Considering the above, I do not find any ground for causing any interference in this Civil Revision Application. This Civil Revision Application being devoid of merit is, therefore, dismissed. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
