PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Choukidar, learned counsel submits that for filling in the posts of Teacher, Laboratory Assistant in the establishment of the school run by the trust, this Court, vide order dated 13th March, 2014 passed in Civil Application No. 15692 of 2013 and Civil Application No. 15693 of 2013, had appointed a four-member committee. The applicant had contacted the members of the committee i.e. Dr. Sudhir Gavhane, Dr. Dinkar Borikar, Dr. Pandhripande.

They have expressed their inability and unavailability. The learned counsel submits that the committee be modified as now recruitments are to be made.

Considering the difficulty shown, the order dated 13th March, 2014, to the extent of the members of the committee, is modified and we observe that the members of the committee, which is constituted vide order dated 13th March, 2014 shall be replaced by the following members:

The Education Officer or any other officer from the Education Department nominated by the Education Officer, II.

The Executive Officer of the applicant committee, III.

The Headmaster/Principal of the concerned school and IV.

Subject expert which would be nominated by the committee unanimously.

Remaining order dated 13th March, 2014 remains the same. 3.
