In line no. 15-16 of the paragraph no.3 of the said order, while recording the submission that land of the applicants is looked after by the '

complainants' should be 'looked after by the servants of the applicants'

.

In line no.22-23 of the said paragraph, the sentence i.e. 'there are disputes pending between the parties, wherein complainants are claiming to be protected tenants of the lands of the accused person' be substituted with the following sentence.

"when the dispute was still pending, two of the complainants namely Vitthal Samudre and Santosh Dhas, have entered into an agreement to sale/purchase the lands of the applicants from the persons claiming to be tenants of the applicants."
