We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

As per the order of which contempt is alleged, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the inspection is carried out and report is submitted to respondent No. 1.

The learned counsel submits that further benefits to be accorded pursuant to the order to the petitioner being brought in category B are not extended.

In that event, the petitioner will have to take appropriate steps. The positive directions to that effect do not appear in the order. 5.
