Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant / insurance company in this Court pursuant to the impugned judgment and award. The applicants are the original claimants, whose claim came to be allowed. The applicants have already withdrawn 50% of the amount by filing Civil Application No.11814 of 2023. This application is for withdrawal some more amount. Considering the grounds in the civil application, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

I.

The applicant Nos.1 and 4 are permitted to withdraw further 25% of the amount alongwith accrued interest

911 ca.8975.odt deposited in this Court on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II The amount towards applicant Nos.2 and 3 be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank. The interest on the said fixed deposit be credited in the account of applicant No.1 on every quarter.

III The remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till disposal of appeal.

IV.

With this, the civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
