Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicants.

Learned A.G.P. invited our attention to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 28th August, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 10162 of 2017. He submitted that as per directions of this Court, respondent State was directed to appoint a Government employee as an Administrator

(2) to administer the affairs of APMC, Dharmabad, who shall take steps for completing the process of election of APMC, Dharmabad and then further directed that he shall ensure that election process is completed and elected body is installed in the office within a period of six months from the date of order.

Learned A.G.P. then submits that due to certain technical difficulties, the State was unable to comply the order within stipulated period, as such, extension of period was sought form.

This Court granted prayer for extension of time by order dated 9th March, 2018. Learned A.G.P. then submitted that meantime, an order passed by learned single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No. 6942 of 2018. Three villagers are directed to include in the voters list for scheduled elections to Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Dharmabad regardless of declared cut off date. Learned

(3) A.G.P. then submits that in view of the order of this Court, the State authorities are before this Court praying for extension of period.

Though the applicants pray extension of period of six months, considering the grounds raised in the application and in view of the orders passed by this Court, we grant further period of three months to the applicants to take appropriate steps for compliance of the order dated 28th August, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 10162 of 2017.

Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.
