The learned advocate Mr. Latange has placed on record the copy of order dated 12-09-2024 passed in review application No. 196/2024 in Writ Petition No.14387/2019. He submits that revision is maintainable under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. In view of that impugned order dated 25-06-2024 passed by respondent No.2 in revision No. 24/663 is hereby quashed and set aside. 2.

In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed off.

The revision application shall stand restored to its original position pending before the learned Registrar General Money Lending/Special Registrar Co.Op. Societies. 4.

The interim relief granted earlier to continue for four weeks from today.
