ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the respondent Acquiring Body, alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that the Reference Court has granted exorbitant amount of compensation, which is nearly 10 times than the amount granted by Special Land Acquisition Officer. 4.

In view of the above and considering the enhancement granted by the learned Reference Court, which is nearly 10 times, the applicants are permitted to withdraw their

(2) 935 CA-3480.2023.odt respective 50% amounts of the deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The remaining amounts be kept in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of these appeals.
