This petition is filed for giving directions to the respondents and particularly, respondent nos.4 and 5 - Aurangabad Municipal Corporation to decide the claim of the petitioners for compensation in respect of the property acquired for widening of road.

In the reply affidavit, respondent nos.4 and 5 - Corporation has mentioned that the Corporation is ready to consider the claim of the petitioners in terms of giving T.D.R. Today, a copy of the letter dated 03.02.2017, which is sent by the Legal Adviser of respondent nos.4 and 5 addressed to their Advocate, is produced in this Court. The same is taken on record. By the said letter, it is informed that T.D.R. will be given as per the prevailing Rules.

In view of this, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos.4 and 5 - Corporation to consider the claim of the petitioners for compensation and give T.D.R. within a period of three months from today.
