In the facts of the case, Respondent No.2- Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar is directed to pass appropriate order on the proposal dated 09.09.2024 submitted by Respondent No.3 Management, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today.
