The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-3, Jalna vide judgment and order dated 26/06/2015 passed in Sessions Case No. 8 of 2014, for the offence punishable under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 3 years and to pay fine of Rs.1000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 1 month for the said offence, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail. 5.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that fine amount is already deposited.

Considering the short term sentences awarded to the present applicant/appellant by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and in the nature of allegations against the applicant/appellant, the substantive sentences awarded to the present appellant/applicant are hereby suspended.

The applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in
3 Cr. Appln. 4277/2015 the like amount.
