This application is for bringing legal heirs of deceased applicant No. 3 on record. There is delay of 6817 days. 3.

It is stated in the application that the heirs of applicant No. 3 were not aware of pendency of second appeal in this Court. On receiving the letter from their learned advocate they came to know about the pendency and that they are required to be brought on record.
