2] The report of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jalgaon would show that though three Additional Sessions Judges are posted at Jalgaon, for want of investiture of powers as

2 2-crappln4278-15.odt Additional Sessions Judge, none of them are competent to try the present case (Special Case No.3 of 2014) and only one Addl. Sessions Judge, vested with such powers, is burdened with cases of under-trial prisoners.

3] In the circumstances, Mrs. Rasal, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to file similar application after a period of three months.
